To ensure you shop with confidence in our products, we have developed this comprehensive Returns and Refunds policy, outlining the procedure should you ever be dissatisfied with a purchase.
We allow returns for a full refund or exchange within a 14-day window from the delivery date. This period is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate the product. For an item to be considered for a return, it must be sent back to us in its original condition, unopened, with the factory seal intact, and with all original tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Starting a return is straightforward. Please contact our customer service team through the designated portal on our website. You will need to provide your order number and the specific reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will guide you through the subsequent steps, including providing you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package; without it, we cannot process your return.
We take the quality of our products seriously. Therefore, all returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. This quality check ensures that the products meet our stringent criteria for being resold or restocked. The inspection may take up to 7 business days. Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will, of course, refund the associated shipping costs and send out the correct product immediately at no extra charge.
Exchanges are a wonderful way to find a product you’ll love if the first choice wasn’t ideal. We gladly accept exchange requests for items that are unopened and in sellable condition. Simply follow the standard return procedure and indicate that you prefer an exchange, specifying the new product you desire. We will process the exchange as soon as the returned item is received and verified. Please note that for exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a fault on our end.
To maintain the highest standards of safety and fairness, we do not offer returns or refunds on products that have been used, are without their original packaging, or are returned after the 14-day period. Additionally, any products that are part of a special promotion or marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with our stated policy.
